Plastic Toys and the art of Bryan Collins
Jun 16th
Just wanted to share more plastic art with you guy’s. The talent of Bryan Collins caught my eye on the Kid Robot blog, kronikle and I thought I would like to feature it here on my blog.
I hope to start featuring some of my own creations in the coming months as some of the talent out there is quite amazing and not to mention inspirational.
And to feature a few other creations here:

Custom Creations – Vynil toys.
Mar 11th
I have been a massive fan of Kidrobot for aaages and the recent proliferation of custom vynils is just awesome. These few that caught my attention on Kidrobot’s community portal have just captured my imagination!
Markie Darkie has done an awesome job with these:

Photobucket and my Tattoo. Trevor Bennett.
Jan 5th
In anticipation of my visit to the Tattooist in March I thought I might share the work that has already been completed.
Trevor Bennett is a true artisan and awesome ambassador of Tattooing. Very few have the talent to illustrate as vividly as Trevor.
To then be able translate that on to the skin is noteworthy, even sublime!
As my left arm will most probably be complete in March I am eager to post the new images to share with whom ever is interested the progress of my art.
View the rest of this work on Photobucket.
Building Faster Websites with CSS Sprites.

Great tutorial by Tutorial 9 on using sprites in CSS. Very useful, in small doses.

Using CSS sprites allows you to greatly increase your websites speed by using single image files that contain multiple graphics. In other words, when you have many images to be used, instead of having them as different individual files, we combine them into one. Therefore, the client computer only downloads one image for all the different graphics to be displayed.
New Ducati: Multistrada 1200
Nov 10th
A dream bike? 4 bikes in one.
After three years in development, Ducati’s new “many roads” bike is armed with a 150-horsepower salvo to go after the lucrative adventure-touring/big-trailie market dominated by BMW’s excellent R1200GS. No, the new Duc isn’t intended for Dakar, but most GS owners rarely take their do-it-all steeds in serious off-road situations.

Ducati is describing the new MTS as “four bikes in one,” claiming some measure of an off-road capability. “From a sportbike for outright excitement to a tourer for long journeys with passenger and luggage,” reads an October 30 press release, “and from an everyday bike which can breeze through the daily commute to an agile enduro able to tackle off-road routes, the brand new Ducati transforms itself to suit the rider’s demands.”
